Center At The Park/Meridian Senior Center is having their monthly Speaker Series. September 22nd at 1:00 enjoy a speaking series, Eriks Garsvo will present about the history of the Transcontinental railroad. He will share the story about how the railroad was built and about his time at the 150th celebration reenactment ceremony. He will also talk about the largest steam locomotive ever built, the Big Boy 4014 which is now once again running the rails of the Union Pacific.
Open to the Public. Members entry $2.00 per person, Non-Members $3.00.
