As we celebrate the start of summer with BBQ's and outdoors activities, we hope you will take a moment to pay respect to those that made the ultimate sacrifice when duty called.
Join us on Monday, May 30th, at 10:00 a.m. for our annual Memorial Day Service at Star Cemetery.
Mayor Chadwick will deliver opening remarks.
The American Legion Post 39 will provide the Honor Guard, Invocation and Taps salute.
Gold Star Daughter, Dana Partridge will recount the incredible story of her 30 year search for her father's co-pilot.
The American Legion Auxiliary will distribute red poppy pins with a request that the person receiving the flower make a donation to support the future of veterans, active-duty military personnel and their families with medical and financial needs.
