City of Eagle issued the following announcement on June 6.
The City of Eagle will be conducting a noise study for the proposed shooting sports park on Willow Creek Road, 3.5 miles north of Beacon Light Road. Due to the nature of the study, the site will be closed to the public from June 10-13, 2022.
The noise study will involve an ambient survey of the existing environment and a live-fire exercise. The timing of the live-fire exercise will depend on weather conditions.
The City of Eagle asks the public to avoid the area from Friday, June 10, through Monday, June 13. The proposed shooting sports park site is on private property. No public access will be permitted during this time. As a safety precaution, trails in the surrounding area will be closed. Please see the attached map of trail closures.
