Traffic Advisory E Pine Ave Closed Starting Monday

City of Meridian issued the following announcement on April 15.

Drivers should be prepared for a road closure on E Pine Ave between N Locust Grove and N Cloverdale Road, as Meridian City crews work on waterline inspections.
Starting Monday, April 18 at 5:30AM until Friday, April 22 at 5PM, E Pine Ave — at the Eagle Road intersection — will be closed to through traffic. In addition E Pine Ave will be closed, with local access only, from N Locust Grove to Eagle Road and from Eagle Road to N Cloverdale Road. 

Eagle Road will not be closed.

The closure will impact all westbound and eastbound through traffic, with no access to Eagle Road from Pine Ave. 

Access to businesses off E Pine Ave will be maintained at all times. 

The crosswalk at Eagle Road and E Pine Ave will also be closed. A temporary pedestrian crossing has been set up near the intersection and is indicated on the map.

All sidewalks on E Pine Ave will be open for pedestrians. 

Drivers are advised to use alternative routes until project work is completed. Detour signs are in place to alert motorists, pedestrians, and bicyclists during the road closure.
