Legal notice is hereby given that the EAGLE CITY COUNICL will hold a public hearing on August 23, 2022, at 6:00 P.M. at Eagle City Hall to consider the following:

 APPLICATION #: RZ-06-22/CU-07-22/PPUD-04-22/PP-10-22 

 APPLICATION BY: Mike Cook

 PROJECT SUMMARY: RZ-06-22/CU-07-22/PPUD-04-22/PP-10-22 – Shingle Creek Subdivision – Mike Cook: Mike Cook, represented by Kent Adamson, P.E., with RiveRidge Engineering Company is requesting a rezone from A-R (Agricultural-Residential) and R-2-DA (Residential with a development agreement) to R-2-DA-P (Residential with a development agreement – PUD) and preliminary plat approvals for Shingle Creek Subdivision, a 12-lot (9-buildable, 3-common) residential planned unit development. 

 PROJECT LOCATION: The 4.41-acre site is located on the north side of State Highway 44 approximately 400-feet west of the intersection of West State Street and State Highway 44 at 2500 West State Street.

 The Eagle City Council is taking both in person and remote public testimony via Webex. Meeting login instructions are posted on https://www.cityofeagle.org/1698/Virtual-Meetings. WRITTEN COMMENTS must be submitted no less than five (5) working days prior to the day on which the public hearing is scheduled, to Eagle City Hall 660 E. Civic Lane Eagle, Idaho 83616.  Qualified individuals who need accessible communication aids and services or other accommodations to participate in programs and activities are invited to make your needs and preferences know to the 504/ADA Coordinator (Eagle City Clerk), 208-939-6813.  Please allow three to five days advanced notice so that your needs may be adequately met.

The Ada County Highway District may also conduct public meetings regarding this application.  If you have questions about the meeting date or the traffic that this development may generate or the impact of that traffic on streets in the area, please contact the Ada County Highway District at 387-6170.   In order to expedite your request, please have ready the file number indicated in this notice.
