Of the 107,787 people living in Meridian in 2020, 50.3 percent (54,179) were women and 49.7 percent (53,608) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Ada Reporter.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by 871. In the 65 and over age range, there were 7,713 females and 5,699 males.
